The Filipino students of ELTE proudly presented a decorative Philippine booth, supported by the Philippine Embassy in Budapest.

The booth featured various Filipino snacks and desserts such as Biko, Sapin-sapin, and Maja Blanca, offering guests a taste of Filipino culture and hospitality.

The event was made even more meaningful with the presence of H.E. Ambassador Maria Elena P. Algabre, who joined the celebration and showed support for the Filipino community.

Alongside more than 27 embassies and diplomatic missions, international student associations, cultural performers, ambassadors, students, and university representatives, the Philippine booth helped make Cultural Connection Day a wonderful space for friendships without borders, meaningful conversations, and cultural exchange.

Through traditional elements of Filipino culture, warm hospitality, and engaging interactions with fellow international students, the event became a memorable opportunity to showcase the beauty, spirit, and pride of the Filipino community abroad.
