Dream, Apply, Achieve: Navigating the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Journey

The Association of Filipino Students in Hungary (AFSHU) successfully hosted the Dream, Apply, Achieve: Navigating the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Journey Information Session, an online event designed to guide aspiring Filipino scholars interested in studying in Hungary.

Nearly 200 participants joined the webinar to learn more about one of Europe’s most generous fully funded scholarship programs. The session provided a comprehensive overview of the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship, including its benefits, application process, and key timelines.

The information session featured valuable insights from AFSHU officers and current Filipino scholars, who shared firsthand experiences about academic life and living in Hungary. Participants were also given the opportunity to ask questions during the open Q&A segment.

The event was further enriched by a special message from Hungarian Ambassador Dr. Titanilla Tóth, who encouraged Filipino students to pursue global academic opportunities through the scholarship.

This initiative reflects AFSHU’s continued commitment to supporting and empowering Filipino students by making international education opportunities more accessible.
